Voices and Visions
This week we have submitted our beautiful whole school piece of art to the exhibition held at Worcester Cathedral. The children were inspired by a visiting local artist, Mr Ken Dukes. After asking him many questions about technique and inspiration, they set off with viewfinders and cameras and selected a favourite spot. After sketching, they painted their images using acrylics and finally Mrs Byrne put the whole piece together in a real window frame!
It now stands proudly in the cloisters at the cathedral, to be admired by the general public as well as the organisers, the Severn Arts Team. make sure you visit!
