Christmas Around the World
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas...christingles, nativities and Santa!

Hello Woodpeckers 2020-2021
We are so looking forward to welcoming you all back to school and have our corridors, classrooms and playground filled with smiling faces again! We hope you are excited too, although we know some of you may be feeling a bit anxious about returning to school after such a strange few months and we are all here to help you to settle back in and love learning and being with your friends again.
This term our topic is...Exploring Great Britain. We are going to look at all the things that make where we live just so great! We will travel back in time to find out all about the Anglo Saxons, explore the geography of our continent and find out about fabulous British artists and amazing inventors!
We can't wait to start building our brains with new skills, facts and knowledge- keep checking our class page to keep up-to-date with all the fun we will be having in Woodpeckers!

Woodpecker's have settled back into school routine brilliantly and have been working very hard- here they are getting to grips with place value using base 10

Today we were historians...we discovered artefacts found at The Sutton Hoo site and thought about who might be buried there...
